Commercial Contracts Administrator

About the Prospect

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Administrator with a minimum of four years’ relevant experience to join our team within a global, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.

In this role, you will support the administration and management of commercial contracts across engineering, infrastructure and consulting projects, working closely with commercial, legal, procurement and project delivery teams to ensure contractual obligations, risks and documentation are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage commercial contracts, including consultancy agreements, subcontractor agreements and contract amendments.
- Monitor contractual obligations, key dates, deliverables and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate contract variations, extensions of time and other contractual changes.
- Maintain accurate contract registers, documentation and commercial records.
- Identify contractual risks and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors on contractual matters.
- Support commercial reporting, contract close-out and continuous process improvement.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





- A minimum of four years’ experience in commercial contract administration or contract management.
- Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure or professional consulting services, preferably within a project-based environment.
- A sound understanding of contractual obligations, variations, commercial risks and document control.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with contract management systems.

A qualification in Law, Business, Commerce, Construction Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded. Why Join Us?
