Position Available: Full Time Concrete Regional Manager – Central Murray

We seek a self-motivated and enthusiastic person for this full-time position as Regional Manager of our Central Murray region covering our Yarrawonga, Cobram, Tocumwal and Corowa Concrete sites and Wangaratta Betterdrive Concrete Posts. This is a key management role reporting directly to the Concrete Operations Manager (East).

Duties include:

- Manage and support site managers to develop and achieve operational targets, production goals and sales forecasts that are safety focussed
- Oversee the safe and productive production and delivery of products that meet the needs of our clients
- Effective maintenance and expansion of client base by providing excellent service, community relations and local business interactions




- Promote a team environment through active engagement and collaboration
- Manage capital projects efficiently within the Region and lead with business optimisation projects
- Asset management and maintenance including infrastructure, plant/equipment and machinery requirements
- Mentor, empower and support site managers to appropriately manage staff and support development
