About the Role An established and highly regarded residential builder on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its team based in Maroochydore.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential Construction Manager who enjoys leading people, driving performance and ensuring quality homes are delivered efficiently.

You will oversee a team of approximately 4–6 Site Supervisors responsible for residential housing projects, providing day-to-day leadership, technical guidance and operational support.

This role will suit someone confident managing multiple projects, supporting supervisors and maintaining high standards across construction delivery.

Duties

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of 4–6 residential Site Supervisors
- Oversee the delivery of multiple residential housing projects
- Monitor construction programs, budgets, quality and timelines using Buildertrend, the company's scheduling platform
- Support supervisors with daily site operations and problem-solving
- Ensure projects are delivered safely and in accordance with building regulations
- Identify and resolve construction issues to minimise delays
- Maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal departments
- Monitor supervisor performance and drive accountability across the team




- Work closely with senior management to improve construction processes and efficiencies
- Ensure a consistently high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction

About You

- Proven experience as a Construction Manager within residential housing
- Experience using Buildertrend or a comparable residential construction scheduling program is essential
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building regulations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and motivate construction teams
- Experience managing multiple residential builds simultaneously
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on budgets, timelines and quality
- Confident dealing with trades, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Relevant building qualifications and/or construction licences will be highly regarded
