Kilmac Civil is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance to manage a diverse range of civil construction projects from planning through to completion, working alongside experienced engineers, supervisors and clients to deliver high quality infrastructure outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage civil construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications and contract documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate project resources, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve construction milestones.
- Monitor project progress, budgets and schedules, identifying and resolving engineering and construction issues.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and site personnel to ensure effective project delivery.
- Ensure construction activities comply with relevant Australian Standards, quality requirements and workplace health and safety legislation.
- Prepare project reports, progress claims and technical documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and delivery.
About you
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies, engineering principles and contract administration.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
