What You'll Be Doing

- Project Oversight: Act as the backbone of our building operations, managing the entire process from planning to completion.
- Quality Control: Ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with our internal team, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Client Engagement: Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, ensuring an exceptional building experience.
- Site Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously across the region, identifying potential issues and implementing quick, effective solutions.

What You'll Bring





- Organised and methodical – you will be capable of managing the administration associated with multiple builds within scheduled time frames with a strong attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable – you can resolve issues quickly and adapt to changing situations to make each build as seamless as possible.
- Customer focused – exceptional communication making the customer experience a positive one.
- Industry Background: Experienced construction professional or skilled carpenter with a Trade Qualification (ideally carpentry) ready for the next step.
- Subcontractor & Team Leadership: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to manage site trades and build strong working relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with smartphones/tablets and comfortable using Google Suite and construction scheduling software.
- Safety & Quality Focus: Uncompromising commitment to maintaining secure work environments, local building compliance, and high construction standards.
