Hello from Industry Beans! We’re a specialty coffee company with a range of high-quality coffee products, a thriving community of home brewers, cafes in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane and a family of wholesale clients around the country.

We’re looking for a Full-Time Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Head Office in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll be responsible for content and social media for the Industry Beans brand across our social channels and website. Under the guidance and support of the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for driving internal and external content production, developing and executing social media plans, and taking the lead on creator and influencer collaborations that drive reach and brand recall.

You’ll create engaging, high-quality content that tells our brand’s story, sparks conversation, and builds our community. From trending TikToks to curated coffee brewing tutorials for the website, you’ll craft compelling content across our social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage brand content calendars, planning content to deliver against key marketing goals
- Lead all aspects of brand shoot production, from briefing and stakeholder coordination to supplier management and on-camera appearance as needed
- Lead influencer and creator campaigns, including outreach, product send-outs, and sourcing user-generated content
- Shoot and edit engaging organic video content for social media, as well as video assets for paid social campaigns
- Write social-first copy that brings campaign messaging and brand tone of voice to life
- Schedule and publish social media content, monitor performance metrics, and deliver recommendations to improve reach and engagement
- Manage daily community engagement across social channels alongside the Customer Service team
- Maintain content, contact, and asset databases, keeping file management and business platforms well organised
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support content activity across other brands within the group

About You

- 3 years experience in content and social media roles
- Comfortable on camera with engaging presence
- Strong administration and communication skills
- Diploma or Degree in marketing or business
- Excellent attention to detail
- A love for coffee!
