About The Company Our client is a leading healthcare Design and Construct specialist with over 20 years’ industry experience and 100+ medical, dental and allied health fitouts delivered. Operating across Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, they provide end-to-end services covering architecture, interior design and branding through to project management and construction. About The Chance The primary purpose of this position is to manage the creation, maintenance and variations of client contracts. You’ll also oversee the broader commercial and financial side of specialised healthcare fitout projects, from tender through to handover.

Key responsibilities will include

- Draft, maintain and manage variations across client contracts
- Manage cost reports, budgets,



payment claims and monthly progress claims
- Lead trade procurement, issuing subcontracts and purchase orders
- Ensure subcontractor compliance across licensing, WHS and insurance
- Administer final accounts, retentions, O&M; manuals and defects reporting

About You The successful candidate will have:

- Contracts experience within construction, construction materials or a similar field
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or similar
- Commercial acumen, strong negotiation skills and an exceptional eye for detail
- Proficiency in construction software and MS Office, with advanced Excel preferred
- Planning Portal experience, which is highly regarded
