We are proud to partner with an aged care provider to recruit an experienced Facility Manager for a small residential aged care home in a rural location in the Northern Tablelands region of NSW, approximately one hour from Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader who enjoys a hands-on role, building strong relationships and ensuring residents receive secure, high-quality, person-centred care in a close-knit rural community.

About the Role

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a small residential aged care home in rural NSW.
- Provide effective leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee workforce planning, operational performance, budgets and resource management.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff and the local community.

The role will commence on a contract basis,



with a view to permanent employment for the right candidate however this is OPTIONAL.
Travel and accommodation will be covered.

- $160K package for permanent position
