Avani Cypress Lakes Resort, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a service-driven Food & Beverage Team Leader for a full time position in Australia. You will lead a small F&B; team, oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service, and ensure guest satisfaction across all shifts.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hospitality, a valid RSA, excellent communication, and the ability to coach staff, manage rosters, and maintain high standards of hygiene and service.
