Poachers is seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at our restaurant and weddings venue in the Canberra region. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will play an key role in day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu preparation and high-volume events.

This hands-on role offers a varied workload across restaurant, weddings and events, with lunch service only, five days per week and minimal evenings during wedding season.
