Arcare Aged Care is seeking a General Services Manager at Point Cook VIC to lead non-clinical operations including catering, cleaning, laundry and maintenance. You will drive service quality, staff development and budget management to enhance resident wellbeing.

The role requires experience managing non-clinical teams in aged care, excellent communication, and a commitment to compliant, resident-centered care in a up-to-date facility. Monday–Friday work pattern applies.
