Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager for the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You will manage your own residential portfolio with dedicated support to simplify day-to-day tasks and ensure compliant, smooth operations.

You will build landlord/tenant relationships, oversee renewals and inspections, and collaborate with admin to maintain a well-run portfolio. A current Certificate or Licence is required.
