The Work
Depending on your background, your matters may include:
- acquisitions and disposals;
- joint ventures;
- capital raisings and corporate restructures;
- due diligence and transaction management;
- drafting and negotiating transaction documents;
- broader commercial and strategic corporate advisory;
- funds and financial services regulatory work;
- AML/CTF advice;
- financial services licensing and compliance; and
- transactions involving funds management and financial services businesses.
You do not need experience across every area.
If your background is more transactional,
there is scope to broaden into advisory and financial services work. If you already have experience in funds, financial services regulation or AML/CTF, there is room to deepen that expertise while staying connected to broader corporate work.
About You
We're keen to hear from corporate lawyers from around 3+ years' PAE through to Senior Associate level.
You'll need a solid grounding in corporate work, strong drafting skills and enough experience to take responsibility for your own pieces of a matter.
Just as important, you'll be commercially minded, comfortable dealing with clients and interested in understanding the bigger picture behind the transaction, not just the document in front of you.
