About the Position

We are seeking a AI Audio Data Trainer to join our Data Operations team, specifically targeting candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting high-quality speech data and performing precise audio annotations to train next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and speech recognition systems. Key Responsibilities

- Record and upload high-fidelity audio samples following specific prompt guidelines and dialect requirements.
- Perform detailed audio annotation tasks, including transcription, speaker diarization, and sentiment tagging.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on previously recorded data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Maintain a consistent recording schedule to meet daily or weekly data collection quotas.
- Provide feedback on unclear prompts or technical issues encountered during the data collection process.
