Recent South Wales Department of Education is seeking a Technology Support Officer (Clerk Grade 3/4) to provide ICT and classroom tech support at West Wallsend High School. This permanent, full-time role supports students and staff across the Central & North Coasts - Newcastle & Hunter Valley region.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist with AV setup, manage user accounts, and contribute to school-wide IT initiatives.
