WHO WE ARE

CORSA Roofing is a leading, family-owned roofing company headquartered on the Gold Coast, delivering residential and commercial roofing projects across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. With 500+ residential and commercial roofing projects in our pipeline, we're expanding our internal roofing division and growing our network of trusted subcontractors.

We're looking for skilled tradespeople, capable leaders and motivated workers who take pride in quality workmanship and want to be part of a company investing in its future.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

1. LEADING HAND – QUALIFIED ROOF PLUMBER

Lead from the front. Stay on the tools. Set the standard. You'll lead a crew of approximately 3–4 people, combining hands-on roofing with day-to-day site leadership.

Your responsibilities:

- Manage daily site activities, crew productivity and workflow.
- Oversee metal roofing, re-roofing and roof replacements.
- Install roof sheeting, flashings, cappings, fascia and gutters.
- Maintain workmanship, safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate materials and communicate with your Roofing Operations Lead.
- Provide progress updates and mentor your crew.

What you'll need:

- Recognised roof plumbing trade qualification and required licences.
- Strong metal roofing and re-roofing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory capability.
- Confidence managing site activities and solving problems.
- White Card and current driver's licence.

2. EXPERIENCED METAL ROOFERS / ROOF PLUMBERS

Know your trade? Take pride in your work? Let's talk. Work across residential and commercial projects,



including roof replacements, sheeting, flashings, cappings, fascia, gutters and associated metal roofing works.

What you'll need:

- Demonstrated hands-on metal roofing experience.
- Confidence with roofing tools and installation techniques.
- Strong workmanship and safe working practices.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a crew.
- White Card and any required trade licences.

3. ROOFING LABOURERS

Reliable, hardworking and keen to develop your skills? Support our crews with roof preparation, strip-offs, materials, equipment, installation assistance and site clean-up.

What you'll need:

- White Card.
- Ability to undertake physical work safely.
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Previous roofing or construction experience is advantageous but not essential.

SUBCONTRACTOR ROOFING TEAMS WANTED!

HIGH-VALUE ROOFING PACKAGES READY FOR ALLOCATION!

CORSA is actively onboarding established roofing crews to our approved subcontractor trade panel. We have a substantial pipeline of residential and commercial roofing projects, with high-value packages available for suitably qualified and capable teams.
