We are looking for a Curtain team member to join our friendly and experienced Workroom team in Underwood

We specialise in high-quality, custom-made curtains are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a hands-on production environment.

This position will work across quality control and fabric cutting with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidate's skills and experience.

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include

Fabric Cutting

- Cutting fabrics accurately to measurements and production sheets
- Operating industrial cutting equipment
- Manually measuring, marking and hand-cutting fabrics where required
- Identifying fabric faults or inconsistencies before production
- Ensuring accuracy and minimising fabric wastage

Quality Control & Finishing

- Inspecting completed curtains to identify faults, defects, or inconsistencies
- Checking finished products against job specifications and measurements
- Using industrial equipment
- Completing finishing tasks such as inserting hooks and preparing curtains for installation
- Folding, packaging,



and preparing completed products for dispatch
- Working closely with our Workroom team to maintain consistently high standards

About You We are looking for someone who:

- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality
- Is reliable, organised and able to work efficiently
- Able to work efficiently in a production environment
- A positive team player who takes pride in their work

Experience in curtains, textiles, manufacturing, or quality control is highly regarded, but training will be provided for the right person.
