As a Customer Service Manager at Myer Cairns you’ll lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while driving team performance across multiple departments. You'll champion the Myer strategy, oversee daily operations, and inspire your team through coaching, development and strong leadership.

- Lead and manage daily department operations to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance

About You:

- Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar,



ideally in Retail or Department Store environment
- Strong people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', team-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
- Customer focused with superior customer service skills
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
