We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused person to join our Dunedoo team as a Customer Service Officer & Storeperson.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about agriculture, enjoys working with people and is keen to build their skills in the agribusiness industry. Whether you are experienced in customer service, retail, warehousing or agriculture, or looking to take the next step into a new industry, we are interested in hearing from you.

You don't need to know everything on day one. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, the initiative to get things done and a genuine interest in helping our customers. With the support of an experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your product knowledge and build a rewarding career in agribusiness.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the branch,

helping growers get what they need and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include

- Processing cash and credit sales
- Providing friendly, reliable customer service and product support
- Supporting branch operations, including stock handling and presentation
- Maintaining a safe, organised and professional work environment
- Working with the Branch Manager to support safety and compliance
- Assisting with customer deliveries

What We're Looking For We welcome applications from candidates at all stages of their careers. Attitude, initiative and a genuine willingness to learn are just as important as experience.

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Have a positive, proactive attitude and be willing to learn new skills
- Enjoy working with people and building strong customer relationships
- Show initiative, take ownership of tasks and be willing to get hands-on
- Take pride in your work and have good attention to detail
- Have a genuine interest in agriculture and helping local growers
- Be comfortable using computers or willing to develop your skills
- Be willing to obtain a forklift licence and HR licence if you don't already hold them

Previous experience in customer service, sales, warehousing or agriculture would be beneficial, but is not essential. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is keen to contribute to the team, learn about our products and customers, and grow with the business.

What We Offer

- Ongoing training, support and development
- A welcoming and supportive team environment
- The opportunity to learn about the agricultural industry
- Clear pathways for career progression and growth within Delta Agribusiness
- The chance to make a real contribution to the local farming community
