Our client, a leading global SaaS organisation with headquarters in the UK, is seeking a Customer Success Program Manager to join their Australian team on a 9-month contract . This is an exciting opportunity to work across international teams, drive key customer success initiatives, and contribute to projects that directly influence business performance and customer outcomes.

Reporting to a UK-based leadership team and partnering closely with local stakeholders, you will play a critical role in turning strategy into action, ensuring programs stay on track and delivering meaningful results.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing customer success projects from planning through to execution
- Partnering with Australian and UK stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes
- Identifying risks, resolving roadblocks, and keeping initiatives moving forward
- Analysing operational feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting process enhancements and change initiatives across the business




- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives

What are we looking for?

- 3-5 years' experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Operations, Customer Success, or Business Operations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-moving environment
- Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or digital business
- Exposure to Customer Success or Customer Operations functions
- Strong reporting, presentation, and analytical skills
