Quadconnect is a Sydney-based specialist in communications, network and electrical infrastructure. We design, build and support the critical infrastructure behind data centers, commercial and industrial sites, delivering projects across Australia and internationally. Our work spans design, project management, structured cabling and fiber optics, electrical services, principal contracting and ongoing service and support. Key responsibilities

Data quality and validation

- Review and validate large technical datasets for complex infrastructure projects, making sure everything is accurate before work begins.
- Cross-check materials and quantities against design information.
- Spot and resolve errors and inconsistencies early, saving time and rework.

Documentation and reporting

- Prepare transparent documentation and materials for site teams.
- Track progress and produce reports for project managers.
- Keep accurate, well-organized project records.

Tools and automation

- Use and improve spreadsheet and scripting tools (e.g. Excel and Python).




- Identify repetitive manual tasks and help automate them.

Project support

- Work with project managers and site teams to plan and track work.
- Help coordinate materials and deliveries.
- Support projects across Australia and internationally, including travel to site when needed.

Skills and experience

- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data, Engineering or similar, or self-taught skills you can demonstrate.
- Confidence in Excel and O365. Python is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
