The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Centre Manager for Barwon AOD & Mental Health Services in Corio, VIC. You will lead residential and community programs, drive strategic priorities, manage budgets, and strengthen partnerships to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a permanent full-time role based on-site with adaptable work arrangements. You will oversee program outcomes and safety across complex AOD and mental health presentations.
