NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for roadside assistance calls. You will be the reassuring voice our members rely on, delivering empathetic and accurate support while maintaining data integrity.

In this hybrid role, you will work from home with monthly collaboration days at offices in Sydney Olympic Park or Gosford, near Newcastle. The position offers a rotational roster and training periods, with opportunities for KPI bonuses and career
