Position Highlights

- Permanent Part-Time appointment (42 hours per fortnight)
- Competitive specialist salary:
- AUD $160.20 – $221.19 per hour (dependent on specialist classification and experience)

The Role As a Fractional Specialist ENT Surgeon, you will:

- Deliver comprehensive specialist Otolaryngology Head & Neck services across outpatient clinics, inpatient care and operating theatres.
- Manage a broad range of elective and emergency ENT conditions.




- Participate in multidisciplinary care and clinical governance activities.
- Supervise, mentor and teach junior doctors and other clinical staff.
- Contribute to service development and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Play a leadership role within an expanding specialist service.

Essential Requirements Applicants should possess:

- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery, or an equivalent specialist qualification eligible for Specialist Registration in Australia.
- Current or eligible registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated expertise in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery.
- Commitment to teaching, supervision and multidisciplinary patient care.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
