Practice Manager – Lilywood Dental Studio

New Clinic | 4-Day Week | $40–$45 per hour + Super | Upper Caboolture, QLD A new clinic, backed by an established family-owned dental group.

Lilywood Dental Studio is a brand-new family and cosmetic dental practice opening in early January 2027 in Waraba, one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing communities. It’s the newest clinic in an established group of family-owned dental practices across the Moreton Bay region.

We’re looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead Lilywood from opening day and grow it into the go-to dental practice for local families.

What’s on offer

- Full-time hours over 4 days per week
- $40–$45 per hour + super
- A brand-new, purpose-built clinic with modern equipment
- Hands-on training with an experienced Practice Manager and our Operations Manager before opening
- Ongoing support from our Operations Manager and Director, with real ownership of your clinic’s results

What you’ll do

- Lead daily operations, rosters and team performance
- Build and develop a positive, high-performing team
- Drive patient growth, retention and community engagement in Waraba
- Own clinic KPIs, including patient numbers, appointment book, recall and revenue




- Keep patient care, compliance and infection control at a high standard

What you’ll bring

- Experience in dental practice management or senior dental leadership
- A robust understanding of dental KPIs and billing (health funds, HICAPS, CDBS/DVA)
- A leader who builds teams people want to stay in
- Energy for growth: you like the idea of building something, not just maintaining it
- Experience with Practice Management Software Zavy360 is highly regarded but not essential

Hours & start Four days per week (days may vary), including two late shifts. Starting November–December 2026 with training at one of our established clinics, then moving to Lilywood for opening in January.
