The North Adelaide Football Club is seeking an ambitious and highly creative Digital Content Manager to lead and elevate the digital presence across our iconic brands:

- Grand North Tavern

- Pavilion at Prospect

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced sporting and hospitality workplace where no two days are the same. You'll be responsible for developing and executing digital content strategies, producing premium photo and video content, driving audience growth, and delivering innovative campaigns that engage supporters, sponsors, members, patrons, and the wider community.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of all digital marketing, content creation, social media, website management and brand storytelling initiatives across multiple businesses. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing and content strategies
- Creating engaging video, photography, graphic design and written content
- Producing match-day coverage, player features, sponsor activations and promotional campaigns
- Managing and growing social media channels across all brands
- Maintaining and optimising websites, SEO and user experience
- Executing membership, hospitality and event marketing campaigns
- Producing commercial content that delivers value to sponsors and partners
- Monitoring digital performance and providing strategic recommendations through analytics and reporting
- Identifying new digital opportunities and leading innovation across the organisation.

About You

You're a passionate and driven content creator who understands how to build audience engagement and deliver measurable outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will have:





Essential

- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing, communications, media or content management
- Exceptional videography, photography and content creation skills
- Strong video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Graphic design capability using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Experience managing websites and implementing SEO strategies
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms
- Outstanding copywriting, storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple brands and priorities
- Availability to work evenings and weekends during football season and major events.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within sport, hospitality, entertainment or events
- Experience covering live sporting events
- Understanding of sponsorship activation and commercial partnerships
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media.
