We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide daily in-home and community access support for a participant located in BEAUDESERT, QLD.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive difference and can provide consistent, high-quality care and companionship.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a male participant with daily routines, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence and wellbeing.
Shift Details:
- THURSDAYS 9-3PM - EACH WEEK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Support with community access, walks, and social activities
- Encourage independence and meaningful daily engagement
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Caring, skilled, and dependable nature
