Flexible rostering | Supportive team | Strong leadership A little about us

At Jelm Allied Health, we believe great support starts with excellent people — and great people deserve to feel supported, valued and part of a team.

We're a friendly, growing NDIS provider based in Werribee, delivering occupational therapy and allied health supports to people of all ages. We're looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference in people's lives.

We're big believers in teamwork, open communication and approachable leadership. You'll have a team behind you, leaders you can contact when you need guidance, and access to allied health support to help you feel confident in your role. We look out for each other because we know the best support happens when our team feels supported too.

What you'll be doing

Every participant is different, so your days will be varied and meaningful. Your role may include:

- Supporting daily routines, personal care, meal preparation and household tasks.

- Building independence, confidence and everyday life skills.

- Supporting community access, appointments, hobbies and social activities.

- Following individual support plans and relevant allied health strategies.

- Building trusting relationships and providing person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming support.

- Completing shift notes and communicating any incidents or concerns promptly.

About you

You're someone who genuinely cares about people, is patient and adaptable, communicates well and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Experience in disability support, particularly with neurodivergent people across different age groups, is highly regarded.

You'll also need

- Police Check (within the last 12 months) and Victorian Working with Children Check.

- NDIS Worker Orientation Modules.

- First Aid and CPR.

- Infection Control, Manual Handling and Medication Management certificates.

- Full driver's licence, reliable registered vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.

- Confidence using a phone-based rostering and notes app (we use ShiftCare).

Missing some certificates? If you're the right fit and willing to obtain them before starting, we'd still love to hear from you!

Why join Jelm Allied Health?

- A genuinely supportive team that looks out for one another.

- Approachable, contactable leadership and guidance when you need it.

- Collaboration with experienced occupational therapists and allied health professionals.

- Ongoing supervision, training and opportunities to grow.

- Flexible rostering to suit your availability.

- Meaningful work where you can make a real difference.

Sound like your kind of team?

If you're passionate about supporting people to live life their way and want to work somewhere that values both its participants and its people, we'd love to meet you!

Come join the Jelm Allied Health team — we'd love to have you on board.
