We are currently seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced professionals for Disability Support Workers roles in homes and the community.
Main Role
- Assist with daily living, domestic tasks, and meal preparation.
- Support the development of independence skills.
- Facilitate community access for appointments, outings, and leisure.
- Enhance capacity in transportation, personal care, and social interactions.
- Guide participants in achieving their goals.
- Follow procedures, including data compilation and report writing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of participant interactions and services provided
What we offer
- Casual rates ranging from $38 to $46 weekday per hour (depending on qualification and experience)
- Plus superannuation
- 25% casual loading in addition to the hourly rate
- Penalties and evening/weekend allowances paid in accordance with the award
