The role involves three days on client site with two days in the Perth office, diagnosing hardware and software issues, configuring IT systems, and delivering projects in collaboration with the Service Delivery team.

You will work closely with end users, maintain SLAs, and contribute to a high-quality support experience while developing your IT skills in a growth-oriented
