MiCare Ltd. is seeking an organised Injury Management and Wellbeing Coordinator based in Victoria for a part time role (three or four days per week).
You will support employees experiencing injuries, coordinate safe returns to work, and help deliver wellbeing initiatives across Victoria and Queensland. You will liaise with employees, managers, People Services, insurers and practitioners to manage cases, develop Return to Work Plans and monitor progress, while upholding confidentiality and
