What We’re Looking For

- A newly or recently graduated Physiotherapist registered with AHPRA
- Someone who asks good questions and isn’t afraid to say “I’m not sure”
- A team player who can see the value in every discipline in the room
- Genuine curiosity about developing your skillset and career





What You’ll Get

- A base salary of $80,000-92,500 including super, plus fortnightly performance incentives
- Pathways for you to grow into senior therapist roles, team leader and clinic mentoring roles and even management and clinic ownership!

- Paid parental leave, $1000 a year external PD budget, 2 days study leave per year, structured in-house PD and 1:1 mentoring
- Work within a strong and committed multi-disciplinary team with a fantastic team culture alongside other Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Remedial Massage Therapists.
- Fortnightly Professional Development as a team, in addition to 1:1 mentoring and Physio specific case studies to help you further grow professionally
- Access to interest specific PD streams in Pelvic health, musculoskeletal and chronic disease
