Lead Educators

As a Lead Educator, you'll take an active role in creating engaging, play-based learning experiences while supporting and mentoring the Educators within your studio.

You'll

- Lead the planning and delivery of child-centred educational programs
- Create meaningful learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS
- Observe, document and extend children's learning
- Build strong partnerships with children and families
- Mentor and support Educators within your studio
- Work collaboratively with the broader Clover team




- Hold or be working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Associate Educators

As an Associate Educator, you'll work alongside our Lead Educators to create secure, engaging and nurturing learning environments where every child feels they belong.

You'll

- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Build warm and responsive relationships with children
- Develop positive partnerships with families
- Contribute to observations and documentation of children's learning
- Work collaboratively with your studio and wider centre team
- Bring curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm to each day
- Hold or be working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
