About the Role

Just Kids Early Education House is seeking passionate, dedicated and motivated Early Childhood Educators to join our growing team in Cairns.

As an Educator / Child Care Worker, you will be an active and valued member of the Just Kids team, contributing to a high-quality learning environment where relationships, collaboration and children's individual learning journeys are at the heart of everything we do.

Working in partnership with children, families and fellow educators, you will support meaningful learning experiences guided by the Just Kids philosophy, our policies and procedures, and the principles of high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications and Requirements Applicants should have an appropriate early childhood education and care qualification, or be currently undertaking relevant studies, depending on the position and applicable regulatory requirements.

Successful applicants will also need to meet the relevant Queensland requirements for working in an early childhood education and care service, including holding or obtaining a valid Blue Card and meeting applicable child safety and employment screening requirements.
