About You

You are confident, organised, and passionate about high-quality childcare and early learning programs. You understand both operational and educational aspects of running a successful childcare service.

You bring

- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A genuine passion for child development and early learning
- Strong curriculum planning, documentation, and EYLF implementation skills
- Knowledge of National Quality Standards (NQS) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
- Positive, reliable, and collaborative approach
- Robust understanding of child protection legislation

The Opportunity





Working closely with the Centre Director/Approved Provider, you will:

- Support daily centre operations and staffing coordination
- Assist with Assessment & Rating preparation and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and guide educators and Room Leaders in curriculum planning and program quality
- Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
- Support family engagement, enrolments, and centre administration
- Contribute to occupancy growth and overall centre performance
