Core Talent is partnering with a number of established electrical contractors across Brisbane to recruit experienced Electrical Project Managers and Seniors for a strong pipeline of Design & Construct (D&C;) and Construct only projects.

These opportunities span businesses delivering electrical construction, engineering, design, installation and commissioning across a diverse range of sectors. Whether your background is with a Tier 1 or a smaller scale Tier 2, overseeing multiple projects at once, we have opportunities to suit your experience and career ambitions.

The Projects

Opportunities are available across a range of sectors, including:

- Healthcare: Hospitals, health facilities and complex medical developments.
- Commercial: Large-scale commercial buildings, offices and mixed-use developments.
- Residential: High-rise apartments and multi-residential developments.
- Industrial: Industrial facilities, manufacturing and complex electrical installations.
- Infrastructure & Mission Critical: Major infrastructure, data centres and technically complex electrical projects.

Values depends on the client and will range from $1m-$3m up to $50m-$100m electrical packages.

The Roles

Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from design coordination through to procurement, installation, commissioning and final handover.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing electrical projects from inception through to completion.
- Overseeing project budgets, cost control, forecasting, variations and overall commercial performance.
- Coordinating design teams, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Managing project programmes, procurement,



resources and delivery milestones.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects meet safety, quality, technical and contractual requirements.
- Identifying project risks and implementing effective solutions to maintain programme and budget.
- For Senior Project Managers, providing leadership across larger projects, mentoring project teams and contributing to broader business performance.

About You We're interested in speaking with Electrical Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who have:

- Experience delivering electrical construction projects within a contracting environment.
- A background in electrical services, commercial construction or complex electrical infrastructure.
- Strong commercial and financial management capabilities.
- Experience coordinating design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to project delivery, problem-solving and client relationships.
