Great attitude. Quality workmanship. Ready to step up?

We’re a small, hands-on electrical business based in Malaga, looking for an A-Grade Electrician to join our close-knit team.

Our work includes commercial projects, shop fit-outs, factory units, childcare facilities, gyms and medical centres, along with residential work and maintenance. Occasional work outside the Perth metro area is also required.

About you

We’re looking for more than just a positive tradesman. We want someone who takes pride in their work, puts safety first and genuinely wants to be part of a team.

You’ll need to work independently, take initiative and lead by example. Our team includes apprentices and we want someone who is willing to share their knowledge, teach them the right way and help them develop their skills.

Experience running jobs or supervising apprentices is a plus, but attitude, reliability and leadership potential matter more than years of experience.

What we're looking for

- Current A-Grade Electrical License.
- Manual Driver's License.
- Strong safety focus and quality workmanship.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and support apprentices.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and grow into running jobs.

What we offer

- Competitive, negotiable hourly rate based on experience and ability.
- Work vehicle and fuel card provided.
- Overtime pay.

- RDOs available.
- Work-related training and tickets paid for by the business, including working at heights, confined spaces, first aid and other relevant qualifications required for our jobs.
- Career progression and leadership opportunities.
- Varied commercial, fit-out, residential and maintenance work.
- A supportive, hands-on team where everyone matters.

A little about us We’re a small team where everyone works together, looks out for each other and takes pride in doing the job right. Our director is hands-on, leading the team and managing jobs.

We want someone who will fit in with the boys, have a laugh, get stuck in, and help us continue to grow. We value people who take ownership, support their teammates and are ready to step up when needed.

If you’re a switched-on electrician with a great attitude and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
