We’re looking for casual experienced baristas to join our team at Buoy Kiosk.
16-32 hours per week The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years specialty coffee experience in high volume setting
- Experience dialing in espresso and maintaining coffee quality throughout service
- Solid knowledge and confidence in troubleshooting, maintaining and operating La Marzocco machine, along with range of industry standard grinders and cafe equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain speed autonomously and with a team during peak periods
- Polite and customer focused
- Reliable
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
