We’re now looking for an experienced, confident and personable Associate Dentist to join our team for 2–4 days per week.

- Excellent general dentistry skills, particularly in restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, endodontics and emergency dental care.
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities, with a considered, evidence-based approach to patient care.
- Consistently high clinical standards, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safe, reliable outcomes.
- A conservative and ethical treatment philosophy, recommending care based on individual patient needs rather than treatment volume or financial targets.




- Genuine enthusiasm for family dentistry, enjoying the variety of treating patients across different ages and stages of life.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, engaging manner that helps patients feel comfortable, understood and confident in their care.
- A commitment to continuity of care, with the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and consistently positive experiences.
- Clinical independence and sound judgement, recognising when collaboration or referral is in the patient’s best interests.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude, contributing positively to the team and the continued growth of the practice.
- Confidence and compassion when caring for older patients, including those with complex medical histories, polypharmacy and mobility considerations.

We are seeking an established clinician, ideally with at least five years of experience, who is confident managing a comprehensive general dental caseload independently. Current AHPRA registration and excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential.

About our practices

Our flagship practice in Pennant Hills provides comprehensive family dentistry to a well-established patient community, many of whom have trusted us with their care for decades.

Our second practice, located within a retirement village in Castle Hill, provides a rewarding opportunity to care for older patients, often with more complex medical and dental needs.

Our clinical team has complementary areas of expertise, including implant and surgical dentistry, complex restorative care and orthodontics.



This supports collaborative treatment planning and appropriate internal referrals, while allowing our associate to focus on excellent general dentistry.

Across both locations, our philosophy remains the same: ethical, patient-centred care delivered with genuine warmth, attention to detail and high clinical standards.

We’re not a high-volume, production-driven practice. We take the time to understand our patients, recommend treatment thoughtfully and build relationships that extend well beyond a single appointment.
