Star Scaffolds is seeking experienced and reliable Steel and Aluminium Scaffolders to join our team based in Tullamarine, Victoria.

With over 25 years of experience providing steel and aluminium safety systems, we work with residential builders and construction projects to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality scaffolding solutions.

We are looking for experienced scaffolders with a strong background in residential work, a commitment to safety, and pride in the quality of their workmanship.

About the Role

You will work across residential scaffolding projects, erecting, modifying and dismantling steel and/or aluminium scaffolding systems in accordance with site requirements and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include

- Erecting, modifying and dismantling steel and/or aluminium scaffolding.
- Working on residential construction projects, including low-rise developments.
- Following all site safety requirements, SWMS, and company procedures.
- Ensuring scaffolding is installed safely and to the required quality standards.
- Maintaining equipment and keeping work areas clean and organised.
- Working effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades.
- Representing Star Scaffolds professionally on site.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in residential scaffolding.
- Experience with steel and/or aluminium scaffolding systems.
- A relevant,



current scaffolding High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) appropriate to the work performed.
- A valid White Card.
- A current driver's licence (HR Preferably)
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- A reliable work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
