We’re an OT-led community practice supporting people across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven since 2014.

Our team brings different interests, experience and strengths, connected by a love of occupational therapy and helping people do the things that matter to them.

We take our work seriously, enjoy each other’s company and make room for questions, collaboration and a laugh along the way.

Our team works across paediatrics, adult services and aged care, with expertise in assistive technology, seating and mobility, complex equipment, rehabilitation, home modifications and driving.

Tell us where your experience lies and what interests you. Together, we’ll explore a clinical focus that fits your skills, development goals and the needs of our community.

You might want to deepen your expertise, broaden your practice or develop your skills in education and leadership. There’s room for those conversations.

You’ll have access to supervision, mentoring and professional development suited to your experience and goals, alongside colleagues with different expertise.

We’re also investing in how our clinicians learn together. Our ECOTs (Early Career OTs) and HOOTs (Highly Operational OTs)



have access to structured peer support facilitated by a senior team leader, creating a safe, reflective environment to share perspectives and strengthen clinical reasoning.

You enjoy practical, person-centred OT and building positive relationships with clients, families and their support teams.

You bring clinical experience, thoughtful reasoning and a collaborative approach. You’re comfortable sharing what you know, seeking another perspective and continuing to learn.

You’ll need

- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.

- Medicare provider eligibility when required for your role.

- A Working With Children Check and National Police Check.

- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle—travel allowance applies.
