HomeMade is seeking a Manager, Performance & Digital Experience to steer digital growth, acquisition and website optimisation. You will lead paid media, SEO, AI-led search and CRO initiatives, shaping prioritisation and measurement across channels.

You'll report to the Head of Marketing, guide a small team and external partners, and drive improvements in conversion, efficiency and customer journeys across HomeMade's digital ecosystem.
