Gold Fields is seeking an experienced leader to supervise and drive a high-performing surface mining production team. You will oversee execution, ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards, and report to the Surface Production Supervisor.

The role offers an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth or 4/4/6 rosters for residents near Kalgoorlie or Kambalda, with potential relocation support and extra benefits. You will mentor staff and contribute to achieving budgeted targets.
