EVT Limited's Rydges Pit Lane is seeking an Operations Manager to lead restaurant, bar, café, kitchen, conference and housekeeping operations. You will build, motivate and lead a high performing team and oversee hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager. Bring at least 5 years of senior leadership in guest services or hotel operations, with experience across F&B; and housekeeping and solid revenue and stakeholder management.
