Job Title: Facilities Manager & Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor
Reports to: Lead Pastor
Location: Surry Hills
Time Commitment: Full time — 3 days Facilities, 2 days Executive Assistant (flexible hours possible)
Term: 12-month parental leave contract, with a view to an ongoing role
Remuneration: $80–95k per year (full-time) plus super, depending on experience.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and gospel-hearted individual to take on a crucial two-part support role. For three days a week,
you will oversee the immaculate presentation and operation of our facility—managing venue hire guests, coordinating contractors, and ensuring the site is ready for ministry. For the remaining two days, you will serve as Executive Assistant to the Lead Pastor—managing his calendar, correspondence, and meetings so he is freed up to focus on preaching, leadership, and pastoral care.
