Nubco is looking for a driven, proactive and results-focused Field Sales Representative who loves building relationships, chasing opportunities and winning new business.

If you’re a go-getter who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, get out in front of customers and turn opportunities into sales, we want to hear from you.

You’ll take ownership of an established customer base while actively growing your territory, winning new customers and building robust relationships across Tasmania’s trade, industrial and commercial markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, working with customers and seeing the results of their efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the forefront of growing Nubco’s business, looking after existing customers while actively hunting for new opportunities. You’ll build relationships, identify customer needs, provide the right solutions and work closely with the Mornington branch team to deliver GREAT customer service.

You take ownership, follow through on commitments and understand that great sales come from being proactive, reliable and willing to put in the effort. You’ll be organised, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously, with a strong customer focus and a safety-first mindset.

Experience in trade,



industrial, hardware or a similar industry is an advantage, but attitude, drive and a willingness to learn are what really count.
