As a FOH team member, you will deliver warm, attentive service and help create a memorable experience for every guest. Shifts will include evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
Your responsibilities will include
- Greeting and seating guests with genuine hospitality
- Taking food and beverage orders and providing menu recommendations
- Serving food and drinks, including wine service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming dining space
- Communicating dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen
- Supporting the team during busy services and closing duties
- Contributing to a positive, professional team culture
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of hospitality experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic, and ability to work under pressure
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Reliable transport to Hawthorn East
- Full Australian work rights
- Food and wine knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
