About the Role

We are looking for a casual Food and Beverage Attendant to join us at Dorsett.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be creating a memorable experience for our guests, with customer service at the forefront of your mind. We have a range of roles with Barista service, bartending and restaurant and events positions available. Your duties may include:





- Welcome all guests with a smile and provide professional and efficient service
- Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
- Set up, pack down and maintain cleanliness of all areas of all F&B; outlets
- Have a adaptable approach to work across all meal periods and outlets;
- Engage with guests during their dining experience making recommendations and suggestions

What you’ll need to succeed

- A can-do attitude and a passion for delivering great service
- Previous experience of 1 year minimum in a similar role
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment
- Ability to work across the week, including weekends and public holidays
- A team spirit – we support each other and have fun while we work
- Full working rights are required
- You hold, or are willing to obtain, an RSA & Food Allergen Certificate
