Manolas Bros is an established deli, bar and bistro in the Capri on Via Roma lifestyle precinct, known for Mediterranean food, premium produce and warm, polished hospitality.

We are looking for personable Food and Beverage Attendants who enjoy creating a welcoming experience for guests. You will join a supportive team that values reliability, product knowledge and attentive service.

You will help deliver smooth, professional service while making guests feel comfortable and well looked after.

· Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service

· Take orders accurately and use the point-of-sale system confidently

· Serve food, wine and other beverages in a professional manner

· Learn the menu and make informed recommendations

· Support sales through genuine product knowledge and thoughtful suggestions

· Prepare the restaurant for service and reset tables promptly

· Maintain clean, organised and well-presented service areas

· Follow responsible service of alcohol, food safety and workplace safety requirements

· Communicate clearly with the kitchen, deli and other front-of-house team members

· Assist with opening and closing duties





· Respond to guest requests calmly and efficiently

About You

You are reliable, well presented and comfortable working as part of a busy hospitality team. You notice what needs to be done, communicate clearly and take pride in good service.

· Previous restaurant, cafe, bar or customer-service experience is valued

· A warm, professional manner and genuine interest in hospitality

· Confidence speaking with guests and learning about food and beverages

· The ability to remain organised and composed during busy services

· Reliability, punctuality and a strong team approach

· A current Queensland RSA for positions involving alcohol service

· Availability across a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends

Essential Application Requirements

Applicants must

· Currently live on the Gold Coast or in the immediate surrounding area

· Hold valid working rights in Australia at the time of application

· Be available to attend an interview in person at Manolas Bros, Isle of Capri

· Provide details of at least two recent professional referees with their application

Manolas Bros is an approved business sponsor. Sponsorship may be considered for a suitable candidate; however, applicants must already live locally and hold current Australian working rights when applying.
