You’ll lead a 20+ solid team, driving service excellence and Best Experience for customers, reporting to the Operations/Complex Manager. You will monitor customer service, collaborate with Merchandising and Health & Safety teams, and manage weekend rosters and supplier relations to maintain the Widest Range and Best Prices.
